Love the food but did not like waiting over 15 minutes extra for my pre ordered food. Made us late to pick up our daughter and then made us all late for the dinner engagement we were bringing it to.

Good always good. But-We’ve started the practice of ordering 1/2 hour from when we actually do want it, because they are invariably LATE on getting our order ready. Last time we also had to sit and wait thru 20 minutes of door dashers and uber Eater guys getting their orders before ours came out. We ordered ours at 2pm, for 4:45, over 2 hours notice, and they were still late.

My family depends a lot on this place. Great quality food. Nice portion sizes.

Great wor wonto soup!! Large portions of food, very tasty, fast delivery. Will definitly order again. Highly Recommend.

Some items were cold to only warm.
The chicken balls were so hard and dry, like they were reheated excessively. Nobody ate them.
Im not impressed. This was expensive food and I expect the quality to reflect the extra money. The tip is also expected before trying the food, at the pickup time. I feel I was completely taken advantage of.
