Some items were cold to only warm.
The chicken balls were so hard and dry, like they were reheated excessively. Nobody ate them.
Im not impressed. This was expensive food and I expect the quality to reflect the extra money. The tip is also expected before trying the food, at the pickup time. I feel I was completely taken advantage of.

The food was great! And the prices reasonable. We have never had a bad order from Chan’s Garden and if you pick-up there is no long wait.

Delivery was even faster than we expected and driver was very pleasant. Food was nice and hot and great tasting and the usual great quality!

Best Chinese food in the Tri-Cities. Always my go-to, and I've never been disappointed in the quality of the food or the excellent service of the staff.
