I like their style of food.
It's my go-to for comfort food when I want something familiar and that tastes the way I remember it as a child. All the flavors are there and there's no need to go Paleo, Keto, or whatever the next trend will be, for me! :)
I'm all for burgers, pizza, fried chicken, etc. but Chan's offers great food fast!

Love the food.
I don't care about most food sensitivities, so I hope they don't change their menu.
It's really a tough go for a lot of food industries and restaurants to keep up with all the menagerie of food concerns. That's what specialty food shops and restaurants are for, even though their margin of success is slim.
I'm happy that Chan's exists for offering what it has always offered--good Chinese-Western style food that most people can eat and enjoy without apprehensions.
I have nothing against vegan eateries, gluten-free bakeries, and the like because there's definitely a niche in a large city with enough affected constituents to make a go of it, at least temporarily (or until the next dietary trend happens). However, traditional style ethnic cooking will always succeed, because the majority of the population don't have intolerances, real or imaginary, and I'm thankful for these restaurants still hanging around to make my taste buds happy! :)

Food was good. Delivery was on time and the food was hot. I would order from here again
